Minute Second display
movie above shows six different styes of Minute Second display Widgets displaying current and total playing time they are AS2 widgets as I can't get my head around flash. unzip and copy into your widgets folder then insert the widgets colour you want set its properties to display for rest of movie.
they can be resized to suit within captivate
